Sports Camp Registration

For registration and camper inquiries, please contact the coach for the individual camp. Emails are on the camps page.

We have been having some minor issues with the registration system. Please make sure you ONLY click the Submit buttons once and that you received your payment receipt from Stripe. Should you encounter issues please feel free to contact webmaster@briercest.ca - we will want to know what error you are getting and if you are able to send us a screenshot or two that would be very helpful.

What medical conditions should we be aware of?

I hereby authorize the staff of Briercrest College and Seminary to act for me according to their best judgement in any emergency requiring medical attention, and I hereby waive and release Briercrest Family of Schools of any and all liability for any injuries or illnesses incurred while at camp. I have no knowledge of any physical impairment that would be affected by the camper's participation in the camp program.

I agree to allow Briercrest College and Seminary to take pictures / video of my child while they are attending Sports camp. I understand that the pictures /video will be used for future brochures, print and web-related publicity for the school.

If your camp is currently full please continue to submit your registration at this time to get on the waiting list. Payment will not be required at this time. Athletics staff will notify you if a spot opens up and you will need to pay at that time to secure your spot.
