The Briercrest College Women's Volleyball team will continue their pre-season this weekend with a Thanksgiving tournament in Edmonton.

All games will be played at Grant MacEwen University, starting Friday, October 5 at 8:00 pm against Grande Prairie Regional College. Saturday, October 6 will be a busy day beginning with an 11:00 am game against Grant MacEwan Alumni, followed by a 3:00 pm game against Lakeland, and concluding with a 7:00 pm showdown with NAIT.

 

In other news, Briercrest men's basketball had their first taste of pre-season competition Thursday evening where they were defeated 78-68 against a CIS opponent in the University of Regina Cougars.
